KIRA is developed and operated by Visheeji Solutions Private Limited, a technology company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
KIRA and Finnulate AI are both built and operated by Visheeji Solutions Private Limited. KIRA is the regulatory intelligence layer; Finnulate AI is the compliance operating system built on that layer, extending it into obligation governance, workflows, evidence, and board-level reporting.
